News - Ghana Embassy in Italy - Rome

The Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to Italy, H.E. Ms. Paulina Patience Abayage, will embark on a 3-day working visit to the City of Bergamo from Saturday 17th March to Monday 19th March 2018, to familiarize herself with the activities of the Ghanaian Community.

As part of the visit, she will supervise a Door-to-Door Consular Service to be rendered for the benefit of the Ghanaians, from today, Friday 16th March to Saturday 17th March 2018 at the “Casa del Giovane” in Via Mauro Gavazzeni 13, 24125 Bergamo, from 09.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs. The Consular team will be led by the Minister/Consular & Welfare, Mr. Jonathan Magnusen.

A mass and prayer service on the occasion of the 61st Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Ghana was held at the Pontificio Collegio Urbano of Rome. It was presided over by His Eminence Peter Cardinal Appiah Turkson and in the presence of H.E. Ms. Paulina Patience Abayage, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Republic of Italy, and H.E. Mr. Joseph K. Akudibillah, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Holy See. The event was followed by a get-together with the Ghanaian community in Rome.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to Italy, H.E. Ms. Paulina Patience Abayage, will embark on a 3-day working visit to the City of Como from Saturday 16th December to Monday 18th December 2017, to familiarize herself with the activities of the Ghanaian Community.

As part of the visit, she will supervise a Door-to-Door Consular Service to be rendered for the benefit of the Ghanaians, on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th December 2017 at the Oratorio in Via Murazzo (Cantu) from 08.30 hrs to 19.00 hrs. The Consular team will be led by the Minister/Consular & Welfare, Mr. Jonathan Magnusen.
